The Essence Of Qualitative Research
Qualitative research is all about asking people questions in a relatively unstructured, open environment. This allows the person leading the qualitative session or doing the in-depth interview to have the opportunity to probe in real time in ways that are not possible in quantitative research.
Select the type of qualitative research: Traditional focus groups; various forms of online focus groups including online bulletin board groups; in-depth one-on-one interviews either in person or by telephone or online.
We work with you to develop a guide for the discussions. From there, w handle all the mechanics around facility rental and related activities, recruit qualified respondents and schedule the sessions or interviews, and provide skilled moderators who can get the most out of these sessions.
We conduct the research, record the data and provide transcripts (if desired by the client), and develop summary reports of what people had to say and our interpretation of the meaning and relevance of their comments.
Sit back and let us do the heavy lifting.

At DSS, we do not depend on a single leader or a few leaders but on many leaders who head different teams and work groups within the company. Every leader has extensive experience, an in-depth understanding of the areas addressed by their team and a demonstrated leadership ability.
