What is the Hospice CAHPS® Survey?
The Hospice CAHPS® survey is a standardized survey program designed to measure the experiences of people receiving home health care services from Medicare-certified hospice agencies.
This survey is conducted for hospice agencies by approved Hospice CAHPS®
