- Industry Programs Solutions Group deals with standardized survey research programs that are becoming more common in the health care industry including all of the CAHPS® surveys, the Medicare Health Outcomes survey, various required Health Risk Assessment programs, and our compliance programs.
Custom Research Solutions Group provides proprietary, individually designed client programs that address their advertising and communications, market assessments, product concept testing, qualitative, satisfaction/loyalty/member-patient experience and various tracking research needs.
- Strategy Research Solutions Group provides customized, strategic research and consulting services to clients looking for help with market segmentation, detailed product design and market simulation, pricing strategy, brand value, and in other strategic areas.
