We cover just about all of the research (all of the kinds of research covered in the services section), information and consulting needs of health insurance carriers ranging from standardized research programs such as CAHPS, to custom research services, to strategy- oriented research and consulting. We have extensive experience with all of the key constituencies served by the industry – members, employers, brokers and agents, providers, and other groups – and we have experience across all product lines, including: individual/direct pay, commercial group, Medicare and Medicaid.
