Health Care Providers
DSS has conducted numerous studies with health care providers on behalf of health plans, provider groups and individual providers. CAHPS studies for hospitals (HCAHPS), clinician groups (CG-CAHPS) and home health (HHCAHPS) providers, along with customized satisfaction and tracking programs, are just a few of the provider-based research projects we have conducted. We have also conducted new product tests with physicians and surgeons, hospital administrators and operating room managers, nurses and infection control managers, as well as many other types of providers domestically and internationally. Besides conjoint analysis and other quantitative studies, DSS has conducted many face-to-face focus groups, depth interviews, online focus groups and online bulletin boards with providers covering a broad range of subjects and geographic areas.
