DSS has been active in the CAHPS® program since its inception we have been certified for all of the CAHPS® surveys that currently have certification programs. We have a history of doing everything correctly and on time, providing responsive and proactive project management and, perhaps most important, providing the guidance and tools that clients need to make quality improvements.
