Online Focus Groups
In recent years, we have made more extensive use of online focus groups particularly online bulletin board focus groups. In many instances they can eliminate many of the problems associated with getting ten people together who meet certain qualifications at a particular location at a particular time. With the online bulletin board focus group, in particular, participants can provide their input at times that are convenient for them. As a result, we tend to get richer, more detailed feedback while still retaining the ability to probe individual respondents and the entire group.
